FREQUENT ASKED QUESTIONS :

Q1: What happen if I unplug my cell phone from the MushRoom Green before it is fully charged ?
ST: The MushRoom Green ZERO will automatically shut off and will not consume anymore electricity (zero idle).

Q2: Does your GreenZERO technology use internal battery saving or timer system to shut off power after few hours ?
ST: Absolutely not. It has a built-in sensor to detect and shut off immediately when the device is fully charged.

Q3: How long we have to press on the Mushroom Green to start the charge ?
ST: For most phones you just need to press once but for some Nokia and Blackberry devices, you may need to press longer.

Q4: Can I use my original USB charging cable on OSUNGO USB chargers ?
ST: Yes. Our products are specially designed to be compatible with standard USB charging cables.

Q5: The Dualplug & Carjuice Chargers are more or less tight in some car plugs, is that normal ?
ST: Yes it is, but this does not affect the functionalities of the product.

Q6 : Are your products compatible with iPhone, iPad, iPod …etc ?
ST : Yes, all OSUNGO products are compatible with Apple range using the large connector (30 pins).

Q7: The metal parts on the Dualplug & Carjuice Chargers are a little bit hot during charge, is that normal ?
ST: Yes it is, the maximum temperature is around 30°C, but this does not affect the functionalities of the products.
